College-Fit Scorecard
Compare up to four college options based on what matters most to you, not just the name of the school, the conference, or the size of an offer.
1. Name your options
Enter the colleges you are comparing. You can change these names at any time.
2. Set your priorities
Move each slider to set its importance. The weights are automatically normalized, so they do not need to add up to 100%.
3. Rate each college
Rate each factor from 1 (poor fit) to 5 (excellent fit), based on information you have verified. You can leave a rating at 3 until you learn more.
College A
College B
Tip: Ask the coaching staff, admissions office, financial aid office, and current students questions to verify your ratings. Do not assume playing time or financial aid is guaranteed unless the terms are clear in writing.
4. Compare your results
Weighted scores range from 1 to 5. A higher score means a stronger match against the priorities you selected.
Promising match; investigate the lower-rated factors.

The difference is 0.25 points out of 5. Review each factor, not just the total, and confirm key details before making a decision. A higher score does not automatically make a college the right choice.
This scorecard is an educational decision aid, not a recruiting prediction, guarantee of playing time, financial-aid estimate, or substitute for reviewing official offer and aid documents. Consider any non-negotiable requirements separately from the score.
